The Senior Sales Enablement Trainer is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for elevating the performance of Generac’s omni-channel distribution network through expert training and coaching in alignment with strategic priorities. This individual brings deep experience in consultative selling, particularly in high-ticket generator, solar, or HVAC solutions, or high-ticket home improvement items —and is a skilled facilitator, mentor, coach, cross-functional collaborator, who can provide expert guidance on curriculum development.
More than a trainer, this role acts as a strategic partner to the business, aligning enablement programs with revenue goals, shaping future content and delivery strategies, and serving as a mentor to sales team members across the organization. The Senior Sales Enablement Trainer will ensure that our partner network is equipped with tools, knowledge, and confidence to increase customer engagement, improve sales effectiveness, and increase market penetration. Experience is critical to this role and this candidate needs to demonstrate presentation skills, in addition to a deep understanding of how people learn.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceWork Experience
5 years’ experience in sales or customer support environment - Selling experience in high-ticket generator, solar, or HVAC solutions, or high-ticket home improvement items 5 years of experience in sales training or experience presentingExperience navigating a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPointKnowledge / Skills / Abilities
