Job description

Infosys is hiring a Sales Directors to focus on hunting and implement pro-active New Business Development activities for our Retail and CGP Practice.

The Sales Director will grow net new business and new enterprise account pipeline across in the consumer space. Requires understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams. A good Sales Hunter is keen to get their hands dirty and actively helps the team develop value propositions based on a firm understanding of opportunity areas at these Consumer Product and Retail firms.

Responsible for identifying and closing new deals in the Consumer spaceBe the face of Infosys to the market and help position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisorLeverage the Infosys ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client’s business problemsGround-breaking force behind developing platform solutions specifically geared towards CPG, Retail and Ecommerce enterprisesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.9+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in service industryUnderstanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experienceMinimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT servicesTrack record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organizationHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
