- Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned withthe company's objectives
- Drive revenue growth across all product and service lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales force across the mentioned countries.
- Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent performance management.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on client success and market expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Represent at industry events, forums, and executive meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
- Manage Vendor Relationships
- Manage Government Relationships
- Manage major SIs Relationship (SBM, Lead, Elm, etc.)
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
