Senior Sales Director
 

Key Requirerments :

 Minimum 15 years of senior sales leadership experience.

 Expertise in the Saudi Arabian market is mandatory.

 Demonstrated success in:

Building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Closing large-scale enterprise deals.

 

 A bachelor's degree in any field is required.

 A technical degree is preferred.

 A technical background is preferred, with:

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant systems and tools.

Proven experience in a technical discipline that aligns with the organization's business solutions.

Strong background in selling the following enterprise solutions is essential:

Business Automation (RPA & BPA)

Low-Code Development

Cloud Services

Warehouse Automation

Strategic Outsourcing

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned withthe company's objectives 

- Drive revenue growth across all product and service lines.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales force across the mentioned countries.

- Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent performance management.

- Foster a results-driven culture focused on client success and market expansion.

- Cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic partners.

- Represent at industry events, forums, and executive meetings.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.

- Manage Vendor Relationships

- Manage Government Relationships

- Manage major SIs Relationship (SBM, Lead, Elm, etc.)

- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.

- Ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand positioning.
