• Provide competent support of assigned buyer/account representative activity. • Provide customer service to assigned account base in the purchase of steel related raw materials, to support new model trial events, where ever die developemt activity is located, globaly. • Invoice customers for products sold, including export cost and destination cost, determining final invoice amount base on all actual costs per shipment. • Support customer delivery & expedite requirements

Contract position$20.00 to $23.00 /hourFirst Shift40% - Inside sales -Maintain direct contact with customers, mills and processing centers regarding expedite activity (external facing). 30% - Support Buyer activities with order entry, export documentation, delivery tracking, price entry, product record creation and variance adjustments.15% - Invoice customers - Create monthly sales and purchase orders to allow for accurate and timely invoices; provide explanation for profit margins that are either too high or too low; provide clear and logical backup detail with customer invoices so invoices can be paid in a timely manner. 5% - Process Material Claims - Ensure timely completion and processing of customer claims and mill rejections, ensure timely inspection of material rejections by mill tech reps either by written or verbal correspondence. 5% - Enhance efficiency of daily operating procedures -Analyze daily work activities to determine if greater efficiencies can be achieved.5% - Maintain filing system - Keep invoices filed and archived according to department proceduresSenior Sales Assistant/Analyst Trials Qualifications:
