- Connector Modernization: Transition legacy "out-of-the-box" connectors to modern REST/SCIM-based integrations where applicable.
- Documentation: Create a comprehensive "As-Built" document and a handover runbook for the permanent operations team.
Targeted Skill Set for Migration:
- 7–8 years experience with Sailpoint IIQ at least 2 full-lifecycle IIQ migrations completed.
- Deep understanding of IIQ Schema changes between versions (e.g., 7.x to 8.x).
- Expert in XML parsing and automated deployment of IIQ artifacts using SSD or SSB.
- Advanced ability to debug Database/Hibernate layer issues during high-volume data moves.
- Ability to work under tight migration windows and communicate risks to leadership.
