Job Description

Roles & Responsible

1. 8-10 years of experience Sage X3 ERP Consultant

2.    Skilled Sage X3 ERP Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Sage software solutions. He/she will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure the ERP system drives operational efficiency.

3.    Skilled in end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and go-live support.

4.    Configure SAGE modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.) and the technical architecture of the Sage X3 ecosystem to align with client-specific workflows.

5.    Manage data migration from legacy systems into SAGE ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

6.    Work with developers for complex customizations or third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, Payroll, or E-commerce).

7.    Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like SAGE Intelligence

8.    Able to engage with business leads to bridge business needs with technical solutions including requirement gathering and ideate the solutioning of the business gaps

9.    Customization of workflows (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing), training users, Integration testing, User acceptance testing (UAT), and providing post-go-live support

10. Strong skills in SQL, X3 4GL, and functional knowledge.

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification

Experience :

8-10
