**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking an experienced **Senior Safety, Health & Environment Specialist** to join the SH&E team. This is a remote/virtual position reporting to the SH&E Corporate Sr, Director and can be located in, but not limited to: Dallas, TX.
**Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:**
+ Works under minimal supervision with various stakeholders to coordinate and manage complex SH&E internal and external reporting and disclosures supporting AECOM operations throughout the Americas.
+ Manages third-party prequalification and monitoring platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta) and client / proposal Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) disclosures
+ Utilizes Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, Power Point and Power BI to develop internal and external SH&E reports and disclosures
+ Proficiently leverages AI assistance to manage data sets, generate reports, and develop SH&E disclosure material
+ Meets AECOM and client requirements within a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment through appropriate prioritization and agility
+ Facilitates collaboration in meeting AECOM and client SH&E requirements through trusted relationships with AECOM colleagues and applicable stakeholders
+ Uses independent judgment and discretion and identifies when consultation or escalation is necessary
+ Effectively communicates and maintains business etiquette through emails, telephone conversations and in meeting environments
+ Recommends improvements to processes and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS + 6 years of relevant Safety, Health and/or Environmental experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Further industry recognized credentials (i.e., ASP, CSP, CHST, CIHT, STSC, etc.) are favorable
+ Effective in both oral and written communications
+ Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications
+ Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work in a team environment as part of a larger Corporation
**Additional Information**
+ Relocation assistance and/or per diem is not offered for this position.
+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization, now or in the future.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $70000 to $100000.
