**What you’ll do:**
+ RTR Team Leader is responsible for managing Accounting procedure, reporting and control points implement effectiveness for RTR processes ; evaluate, develop, and improve efficiency and respond to continual changes in the business environment; provide support services to stakeholders and business partners; participate ad-hoc projects for new policy/system/program rollout.
+ Lead and supervise accounting policy, procedure, controls implementation in accounting field.
+ Ensure finance reports accuracy including USGAAP and PRCGAAP.
+ Review and guide GL, FA related accounting treatment and reports.
+ Timely review Balance Sheet reconciliations and support team to solve outstanding issues.
+ Setup review and management process to guarantee team work quality and performance.
+ Perform analysis of accounting methodologies and make decisions regarding proper accounting treatment.
+ Solve Problems and troubleshoot issues. Driving for continuous improvement to achieve team efficiency goals.
+ Conduct regularly team meetings to provide coaching, direction, and feedbacks to team.
+ Provide Support Services to Stakeholders. Work as CRM to deliver GFSS Suzhou updates to plant controllers. Build up good connection and communication with controllers to achieve customers' satisfaction.
+ Support the RTR Tower Lead in process optimization & team capacity build-up.
+ Support Changes & Governance of the standard processes.
+ Support Internal and external audit and Sox.
+ Support Global projects to adhere to GFA strategies.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
+ above 10 years of accounting experience, at least 3 years of MOP experience
+ Proficient in MS office and accounting software
+ Good language capability in both oral and written English.
+ Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
+ The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
+ Willing to undertake the team’s responsibility, result orientation
+ Active commutation with customer to achieve win-win, logical thinking and explanation
