Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Operational Risk personnel to support and strengthen the identification, assessment and mitigation of operational risks across our payment gateway / merchant acquiring business.

This role focuses on practical risk execution including RCSA, incident management, business continuity, and third-party risk, working closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Business teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational resilience and reducing avoidable losses and disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business units.

Review and challenge risk identification, control design, and residual risk ratings.

Track RCSA findings and remediation actions to closure.

Support periodic thematic risk assessments.

Support the operational risk incident reporting process, including impact assessment and analysis on incidents for control failures.

Identify recurring themes and systemic weaknesses for escalation to management.

Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.\

Coordinate BCM reviews and exercises.

Track BCM-related issues and follow-up actions.

Support third-party risk assessments on counterparty-risk.

Review vendor risk information, due diligence outputs, and control gaps.

Assist in ongoing monitoring of outsourced service providers.

Prepare operational risk reports.

Maintain operational risk registers and issue logs.

Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and ad-hoc risk enquiries.

Pre-Requisites

2–7 years’ experience in operational risk, risk management or compliance.

Experience in conducting RCSA, incident management, BCM or third-party risk is preferred.

Background in financial services, payments, fintech or regulated industries is an advantage.

Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proactive and able to work with multiple teams and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with BCM frameworks, RCSA methodologies or risk registers.
