Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RBI Engineer with extensive expertise in Asset Integrity Management for the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex RBI and integrity management projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Risk Based Inspection (RBI) assessment projects for fixed assets
Review corrosion loop drawings and piping circuits
Perform detailed risk analysis using advanced software like GE Meridium
Conduct material selection studies and corrosion risk assessments
Develop inspection strategies and technical recommendations to prolong asset service life
Required Qualifications
B.Eng Engineer in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical disciplines with preference to professional registration at ECSA
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in RBI and Asset Integrity
API-580 and API-571 certifications
Expertise in Pipeline Integrity Management Systems is advantageous
Proficiency in RBI software and tools (GE Meridium preferred)
