Key Responsibilities
Support the BAU oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards to include quality assurance and process reviews
Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new Operational Risk Management solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk
Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed
Support the GRC tool, Workiva, and other risk-centric change initiatives, including training and support
Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements
Build collaborative partnerships with business partners, internal team, and leaders through the use of strong, influential communication skills
Provide support and guidance to the Risk Offices in their execution of the ORM framework
Enhance risk reporting with new ideas gathered from research, best practices, and knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-years)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
Progressive finance, accounting or insurance/risk management experience, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience building collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Candidate must have a demonstrated analytical ability to move tasks forward independently and without significant direction or documentation
Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint. This role will be required to work with these tools and applications to support the oversight of risk management activities.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $74,800-$101,000/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
