The primary focus of this role will be to participate in technical teams involved with the design, verification, test, and manufacture of antenna systems at BAE Systems. Responsibilities also include: + Create new or modify existing antenna designs using full wave analysis software under the direction of a senior design engineer. + Support Operations in the fabrication of the design and it s testing in the appropriate antenna chamber or antenna test range. + Troubleshooting and issue resolution of antenna products + Production antenna support to include supervising the acceptance test sell-off and processing of test data for BAE Systems products. + Define the technical approach and details of antenna designs he/she is responsible for + Responsible for all aspects of testing within his/her area of expertise and may be responsible for support to production + Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. + Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. BAE also believes in a culture of recognition for the extraordinary contributions of our skilled employees. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelors degree in related engineering field and 4 years hands on experience. + Must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction and seek out domain expertise as needed for the success of his project. + Experience with requirements flow down as well as traceability within the larger system is a plus. + MS Office proficient, MATLAB Proficient, HFSS proficient, CST + High-Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) or equivalent experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + FEKO desired + Secret/SAP/SAR Clearance highly preferred **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
