Senior Reward Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join in us in the Netherlands.  

 

The Senior Reward Analyst will provide support to the Global Compensation team on key Reward and People projects; including but not exhaustively Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Processes, Benefits review and renewal processes, projects such as Global Grading and performance management.  

 

What will you be doing?  

 

General  

Provide professional advice on compensation and benefits policies at both individual and policy level 

Point of contact for Day-to-Day Compensation and Benefits related queries from People Business Partners and People Services team 

 

Compensation 

Research best practices, documenting, developing and improving robust Reward processes and practices 

Gathering & analysing data from across the businesses as directed to analyse & provide accurate insights  

Contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of policies & processes in areas such as incentive programmes, benchmarking and global grading.  Accountable for project roll-outs 

Variable Pay Programme: Support the Global Compensation Team on the annual Bonus review 

Management Information: Support the Global Compensation Team in preparing presentations collating information for Leadership sign-off 

Responsible for the coordination and creation of salary survey submissions and the required analysis of results 

Support execution ad-hoc benchmarking & job evaluation requests 

Providing deep and meaningful analysis of the compensation market including trends  

 

Benefits  

Support the annual benefits renewal processes  

Research and analyse benefit practices to inform recommendations and improvements. 

 

Project Support 

Support the delivery of Reward projects such as Global Job Grading, Performance & Recognition, M&A due diligence, reorganisations, gender pay reporting, and compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements. 

Assist with project coordination, data analysis, documentation and stakeholder communications. 

 

 

We tend to look for people with:   

 

Proven experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role in a complex environment  

Strong experience of working on projects within the Compensation arena  

A flexible approach with a sense of urgency 

A good understanding of statistical analysis techniques 

Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 

IT literate with advanced Excel skills 

Up-to-date knowledge of new labour and social legislations which affect employees’ benefits 

Strong relationship and communication skills with experience of senior management interaction 

Customer focused & good commercial awareness 

Creative thinking 

Excellent attention to detail with ability to step back and see the big picture 

Strong business acumen  

Ability to simplify complex financial and accounting concepts
