Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reverse Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with cutting edge technology and a team that values collaboration and new ideas!.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reverse engineering across various architectures and platforms (x86,64, ARM, MIPS, etc.)Modeling of in-memory compiled application behaviorUnderstanding and/or development of kernel modulesAbility to use a scripting language (Python, Ruby, etc.)Software development using C or C++Use of static and dynamic analysis toolsExperience with recursive descent disassembler (such as: IDA Pro or Binary Ninja)Firmware development and debugging skillsExperience with one or more assembly languages (x86, x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.)In-depth understanding of network protocols throughout all layers of the network stackSelf-motivated and passionate about supporting the US Cyber Security missionCandidate must be able to understand both offensive and defensive aspects of RE; defeating against and development of new and advanced security techniques

Required Qualifications:

Must have a TS/SCI clearanceHave a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree)Minimum of 10 years of experience total experience and 3 of relevant experience to the duties outlined aboveKnowledge of embedded hardware and software design, development, and testingSkilled with tools including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power supplies, and logic analyzersExperience soldering, prototyping, and bread boardingProficient with one or more low-level programming languagesUnderstand Unix/Linux operating systems

Firmware development experienceHardware platform development experienceRF ExpertiseExperience with Layer 1 and 2 wired and wireless protocols such as USB, SPI/I2C/1-Wire, Ethernet, PCI-Express, 802.11, Bluetooth/ZigBee, others.Willingness to lead and manage a team of engineersExperience with RVTM, FAT, Acceptance Testing

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
