**Impact & Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Revenue Performance Partner for the Divisional Account Management organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across a $4B+ book of business. This role is central to the execution of our revenue transformation strategy, supporting the newly defined Divisional Account Management function and ensuring alignment with our broader commercial operating model. You will partner closely with Account Management leadership, Revenue Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights, enablement, and strategic initiatives that enhance customer value, improve retention, and accelerate sustainable growth.
**Strategic Partnership & Execution:**
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to the Account Management leadership team, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive revenue performance and customer success.
+ Lead the design and execution of initiatives that support the Account Management team’s role as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination with Sales Specialists and Product teams.
+ Collaborate with Revenue Leadership and Business Line leaders to align Account Management performance goals with broader commercial objectives.
**Performance Management & Insights:**
+ Deliver robust, data-driven performance reporting and forecasting to support business reviews, pipeline health, and renewal risk management.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Account Management portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
+ Partner with Rev Ops and Analytics teams to evolve reporting capabilities and ensure Account Managers have access to timely, actionable insights.
**Enablement & Operational Excellence:**
+ Drive adoption of tools, systems, and best practices that support Account Management effectiveness, including training on forecasting, account planning, and customer engagement.
+ Support the rollout of consistent processes across the Account Management function, including customer roadmap development, renewal playbooks, and customer experience delivery standards.
+ Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working and reinforce the Account Management team’s role in delivering a consistent, high-value client experience.
**Team Leadership & Collaboration:**
+ Manage a team of enablement professionals focused on supporting Account Management performance and operational needs.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across the Account Management and Revenue Enablement teams.
**Compensation/Benefits Information:** (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $102,387 to $140,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in commercial enablement, revenue operations, or strategic sales support within a complex, matrixed organization.
+ Deep understanding of account management models, sales cycles, and customer success principles.
+ Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce, BI tools, and project management platforms.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of successful collaboration.
+ Experience supporting large global revenue/sales teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
**Success Metrics:**
+ Driving overall revenue growth through strategic account management and identifying new business opportunities.
+ Enhancing client retention rates by developing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
+ Equipping the Account Management team with the tools and resources necessary to effectively engage clients and close deals.
+ Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments for better revenue performance.
+ Collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
