With over 30 sites across Victoria, Tasmania, and Southern NSW, AG Warehouse is one of Australia’s largest independent rural retail businesses, backed by Saputo, one of the largest milk processors in the world.

We support dairy, pasture, horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef, and lifestyle market segments with a wide range of merchandise, fertiliser, and agronomic services.

What You’ll Be DoingManage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityAnalyse sales data to identify trends and drive growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliersVisual merchandising and product marketingLead and train store staff in product knowledge and merchandising standardsReceive and process inwards goods, including stock receival and dispatchSupport general store operationsAssist customers with retail sales, product, and pricing enquiriesLoad and unload products manually and with a forkliftAssist with opening and closing the store, including balancing registers and banking

What You’ll BringStrong customer service and communication skillsTeam-oriented, with a customer-first and can-do attitudePhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksA valid forklift licence or willingness to obtainAvailability to work full-time, Monday to FridayExperience in retail and/or knowledge of the agricultural industry (highly regarded but not essential)
