Activities Geophysical Interpretation & Reservoir IntegrationLead full‑cycle interpretation and integration of geophysical data across Area 1 fields Perform advanced seismic interpretation, well calibration, seismic reservoir characterization, and velocity model building and updates.Contribute to integrated subsurface studies by combining geophysical insights with geological, petrophysical, and reservoir engineering data to enhance static and dynamic models.Field Development & Uncertainty ManagementIdentify, quantify, and rank subsurface uncertainties in a greenfield development context.Recommend and oversee geophysical studies (reprocessing, inversion, AVO) to optimize field development and reduce risk.Operational Support & DrillingSupport well planning and provide geophysical input during drilling operations.Integrate real‑time and post‑well results to refine reservoir understanding.Collaborate closely with drilling engineers and subsurface teams to ensure safe, optimal well placement.Technical Leadership & MentoringServe as the geophysical focal point, ensuring quality and consistency across internal and contractor studies.Mentor and coach junior geoscientists, fostering strong technical development and best practices. Candidate Profile EducationMaster's Degree or equivalent in Geosciences or Geophysics.Experience10+ years in reservoir geophysics with strong experience in integrated subsurface studies.Experience with deep‑offshore turbidite systems and exposure to drilling operations is highly valued.Proven track record working across geophysics, geology, petrophysics, and reservoir engineering.Key CompetenciesStrong multidisciplinary integration and ability to synthesize complex technical datasets.Clear communicator with a talent for mentoring and knowledge sharing.Self‑driven, well‑organized, collaborative, and comfortable in fast‑paced development and operational environments.Fluency in portuguese and English required.
