What this job involves

Providing leading research as a Compass to make informed decision

The JLL Vietnam Market Research and Consultancy team offers the firm and its clients an unrivalled perspective on current and future property market conditions.

As database is the backbone of our business, you will need to establish, maintenance and review of the database management system for the data bank of appointed asset classes. Based on the reliable market data, you will prepare market studies that are intensive market coverage, innovative analysis and prescient forecasting on a timely basis to provide insights and trends of the local real estate market.

In this role, you’ll help give an extra layer of quality control by ensuring the accuracy and readability, maintaining consistent tone according to brand standards of all deliveries by the team to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.

Assist the Clients in achieving their ambitions

As you perform a consulting, you’ll be working closely with other team members to inform the development process, guiding the master planning of large sites and reducing development risks, with a mandate to ensure each project is best suited to the needs of the anticipated market to optimise value to the client.

You’ll perform market analyses, analysing the major economic, demographic and investment indicators to provide sound development advisory and recommendations that can maximize financial returns for the Clients.
