Senior Representative, Invoice Processing (Temporary role)

As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world. **How you’ll make an impact:** Support the daily operations of the team in invoice processing, cooperation with stakeholders. Provide information and guidelines to the local finance and internal business partners. Communicate with suppliers to provide payment details, resolve queries, follow up on reminders, statement requests, and payment specifications. The regional scope is EMEACLA. • Process invoices in Coupa, make sure internal policies and rules are followed • Manage mailbox, resend invoices to the OCR tool • Answer inquires, resolve statements, cooperate with Payments, T&E, AP Accounting and RPA and P2P teams • Cooperate on resolving complex issues and troubleshooting of errors • Cooperate with other team members on improvements • Other incidental duties **This is a short-term assignment till 31.12.2026 with the potential for extension.** **What you'll need (Required):** + High school diploma and previous relevant experience in accounting/finance. + Fluent English; proficiency in Czech or other European languages (e.g., French) is a big plus. **What else we look for (Preferred):** + Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel. + Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) and invoice processing systems (e.g., Coupa) is a big plus. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strict attention to detail. + Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn. **What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic?** As a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer rewarding opportunities and exciting challenges in a truly international, dynamic and friendly work environment.
