Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (FOC) provides world-class finance & accounting services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life. Reporting team is in charge of delivering comprehensive data automation projects within various areas using Tableau and Alteryx tools.
Job DescriptionContributing in reporting transformation in Finance organizationCooperating with business partners to understand reporting needs and gather requirementsBuilding complex reports and dashboards using TableauProviding data extracts from various databases using SQLAutomating processes using Alteryx  Delivering best in class solutions in alignment with development and security principlesMaintaining existing reports and workflowsDriving finance reporting prioritization (ADI Jira projects) Collaborating with IT to increase reporting capabilities   Increasing reporting / automation awareness within company

Basic RequirementsDegree in Maths/Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or others 3+ years of relevant experienceExperience in reporting processes within a complex, large scale environment.Proficiency in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboardsPractical experience in AlteryxKnowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databasesAbility to select technology out of available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient wayUnderstanding key functions and responsibilities of various finance tracksKnowledge of other programming language is a distinct advantage (Python preferable)Knowledge of Pl/SQL is a plus                    Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAttention to detailsWillingness to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
