We’re looking for a Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant to join our high-performing Performance & Reward team.
In this highly visible role, you’ll report to the Head of Performance & Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. You’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in remuneration governance.5+ years’ experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entitiesProven experience working with senior executives and boardsStrong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirementsExperience implementing advanced compensation reward programs Managing and navigating requirements of regulatory frameworks (e.g.: FAR, CPS511 etc)Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsWhat’s in it for you?
