Make Contributions That MatterJoin our Human Resources team in Southbank, Melbourne as a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, where you’ll help shape and deliver competitive, compliant, and meaningful reward programs that support our people and business strategy.
This role offers a mix of strategic input and hands-on execution, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and global colleagues to ensure our remuneration and benefits frameworks are effective, fair, and aligned with market standards.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
Lead annual remuneration reviews and incentive payment processes for teams in Australia and Asia
Partner with HR to provide effective remuneration advice and conduct job evaluations
Perform detailed analysis and modelling to support remuneration advice and initiatives, and provide regular HR reporting for key stakeholders
Support administration of employee benefits programs including the employee share plan and vehicle benefits
Facilitate education sessions on remuneration and benefits policies and frameworks
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives
About You:
Experience in delivering remuneration and benefits advice to HR and business leaders
Experienced in job evaluations (ideally familiar with the Mercer methodology), market benchmarking and monitoring market trends
Confident working with Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Build great working relationships with HR colleagues, leaders and other internal teams
Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with a track record of translating data into insights and recommendations
Experience managing employee remuneration data in HR systems such as Workday.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement
Ideally 5+ years’ experience in remuneration and benefits roles
