As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, performance KPIs, repair costs and personnel, and premature product/ services failures.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Being an expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasksBeing skilled in providing oversight, mentoring team members and effectively delegate workDemonstrating the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment as well as serving as subject matter expert (SME) on one or more major servicesUnderstanding the whole product, its services and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or serviceHelping in designing interfaces and information exchange between servicesParticipating in the engineering planning review process, especially for critical jobsFocusing on the dependability in the lifecycle management of a productIdentifying and assessing the ability of the system or component to function under stated conditions for a specified time or interval of timeRolling up the individual reliability to the system level, including systems modeling - includes estimation, prevention modeling and management of high levels of "lifetime" engineering uncertainty and risks of failureApplying root cause analysis (RCA) processes

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience with Integrated ProjectsDemonstrate experience as a reliability engineerHaving strong reliability knowledge RCM Principles - FMEA, RBD/RAM analysis Being an Excel expertDemonstrate excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organizationAdvanced English and fluent Portuguese

You’ll further distinguish yourself if you:

Have CMMS experience - SAP and/or Maximo preferredHave experience Technical Project Management (TPM)Speak Spanish on a professional level
