Commercial Banking - Business Banking

Principal responsibilities

Assist in preparing credit proposals and following up related credit documentation

Conduct regular and effective credit reviews, and monitor customers’ account performance to maintain a healthy loan portfolio

Build and maintain good customer relationship, handle phone enquiries and provide quality after-sales support

Compile periodic reports and performance statistics, and ensure good database maintenance for market analysis / research

Provide sales support to the department
