Commercial Banking - Relationship Service Management

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Relationship Service Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Steer various transformation projects and streamlining initiatives for Relationship Management Department to create capacity for growth. Identify, plan, and execute continuous process improvements opportunities in collaboration with other teams where needed.

Collaborate across business and operations to deliver collective goals for the operation model transformation of Relationship Service Team in line with strategic priorities.

Represent Relationship Management Department to provide user requirements and consolidate user feedback to ensure smooth roll out of various platforms and systems.

Organize briefings to Relationship Management Department to share new initiatives, workflow and findings.

Review end to end lending process to improve operation efficiency and better protect the Bank from potential credit and operation risk.

Provide centralized governance support through tracking and monitoring of the service delivery against relevant operational standards, resource level indicators, goals, targets and controls.

Provide centralized management support including reporting, information consolidation, management information abstract and ad-hoc tasks.

Assist the Head of RSM proactively in achieving business objectives, provide training to junior staff and effectively managing staff performance.

Undertake all required activities and projects as directed by line manager in support of the development of Wholesale Banking.
