About the role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to our strategic accounts

What you’ll own

Cross selling products and servicesManage our largest strategic relationshipsTrusted advisor and Industry expertAn extended member of our merchant’s payment teamsEnsure alignment of merchant technology and business strategiesFocus on account retention and continued revenue growthAnalytical skills to provide data deep dives for our merchantsThis role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times.Other related duties assigned as needed.  

What you bring

Extensive experience in account management with commercial acumenAt least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with senior managementKeen interest in payments and technology
