Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Providing specialized support to the central initiatives of the Program Development and Governance (PDG) team, as advised by the Director, by supporting projects on a global level, including: + Archer campaign maintenance + Archer project support and day-to-day troubleshooting with IT Archer support + Consulting and providing support regarding the development and maintenance of Regulatory Compliance standards, using Regulatory Compliance expertise area knowledge and collected data to review procedures and address deficiencies in applicable programs + Leading or coordinating administrative functions vital to ensure all PDG programs, systems, and documentation are accurate, current, and actively communicated to the Regulatory Compliance community, as appropriate + Performing special projects independently as assigned in support of PDG objectives, including focused legal research, document/guideline development, and project scope development + Responding to issues and questions from your team members. Maintains collaborative working relationships with all Regulatory Compliance team members and assists as needed in the development of projects and pursuits. + Proactively resolving sophisticated challenges independently where precedent may not exist + Identifying and advancing strategic improvement opportunities and completing other tasks as assigned + Assisting applicable teams with clarifications of policies + Coordinating files and general work processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Regulatory Compliance PDG team **Who You Are:** You build collaboration, allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives!
