This position requires an experienced professional who has a broad understanding of regulatory compliance solutions, industry best practices, and the ability to execute against and drive improvements in continuous monitoring processes based on US Government authorization standards. Functions include the ability to:

Perform evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.  Conduct and facilitate internal and external third party audits to identify, evaluate, disclose and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.  Coordinate the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.  May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters.  Respond to security and/or compliance related requests and RFPs . Update and maintain internal and externally facing security documentation.   Maintain and update security and compliance reporting.   Facilitate vendor security assessments as needed.   Manage security and/or quality, and compliance related projects. Maintain awareness of evolving trends and current state of relevant compliance programs to integrate process improvements in existing activities
