**What You Will Do:** + Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline + Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business + Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service + Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required + Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary. + Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels + Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes + Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally **What You Need:** + At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader + Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environment + Proficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applications + Proficiency in English + Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally + Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills + Medical Device Capital Sales Experience Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
