What You Will Do:
Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipelineAttract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate businessSupport and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of serviceEnsure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as requiredMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levelsPlay an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processesBe proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globallyWhat You Need:
At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environmentProficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applicationsProficiency in EnglishCollaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externallyConflict resolution and good critical thinking skillsMedical Device Capital Sales ExperienceTravel Percentage: 70%
