Senior Regional Sales Manager – Diabetes Care Division (Ontario)

We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. **What You’ll Do** + Lead the salesforce towards achieving sales goals. + Establish and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales team. + Direct a team of District Sales Managers on sales planning, execution and HR issues. + Interact with marketing as required on all salesforce execution issues and strategic direction. + Interact with Sales Operations to address performance reporting and data issues. + Actively participate in both the Demand and S&OP meetings providing input on current market intelligence (competitor activity, impact of marketing programs and customer satisfaction with company products and programs) and on proposed forecast. + Conduct in field work with days with sales representatives to assess market conditions and customer acceptance of Abbott products and marketing strategies, develop Key Opinion Leaders and or support key hospital initiatives. + Review salesforce Performance Excellence appraisals and ensure consistency and equity among sales teams. + The territory for this position spans from Ontario to the Atlantic provinces. + Travel: ~40%. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Health Science or a related field. + 8+ years of medical device sales management experience. + Product management experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Anticipates needs and identifies opportunities to stay ahead of business demands. + Leads teams fostering collaboration and accountability. + Builds strong relationships, high‑performing teams, and scalable processes. + Delivers results by driving execution and meeting key objectives. + Innovates by encouraging ideas and creative problem‑solving. + Sets vision and strategy that align teams around clear goals.
