Senior Regional Recruitment Marketing Specialist
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **Senior Regional** **Recruitment Marketing** **Specialist** to join our expanding Talent Sourcing team. This role has a unique remit to develop and deliver a Recruitment Marketing Strategy for our datacenter, engineering and sales teams across the United States, Canada and Latin America. You will be the driving force in leveraging our employer brand to accelerate candidate attraction across the region for Microsoft. In this role, you will craft a compelling narrative and create content that highlights the benefits of working for Microsoft. You will work with global teams to develop a marketing strategy and deliver both paid and unpaid targeted campaigns to support functional and local recruitment activities. This work will include ensuring we maximize and leverage our overall Talent Acquisition channels, social media platforms, and technology to achieve a high return on investment. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + **Strategic Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership:** Develop and deliver enablement resources (e.g., playbooks, toolkits, training), host workshops and office hours, and provide strategic counsel to Talent Acquisition and business leaders on the value of recruitment marketing. Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts, agencies, global peers, and internal teams to define best practices and pilot innovative programs. + **Campaign Strategy & Execution:** Lead the development of regional organic social media strategies aligned with business priorities, leveraging global standards and data-driven insights. Execute research-informed campaigns that attract candidates and maximize ROI. + **Performance Storytelling & Insight Generation:** Translate campaign data into compelling narratives that demonstrate impact, uncover insights, and inspire future investment. Provide channel recommendations based on performance data to optimize reach and cost-effectiveness. + **Community Engagement & Talent Conversion** : Build and nurture relationships with talent communitiesthrough the customer relationship management system implementing strategies to foster engagement and convert interest into active applicants. + **Business Development &** **Agency** **Management** : Proactively identify new business opportunities, collaborate with Talent Acquisition peers to scope and pitch campaigns, influence budget planning, and manage agency/vendor relationships from briefing through procurement and delivery. + **Other** + Embody our culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/culture) and values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role. + OR equivalent experience. + 6+ years of experience leading talent acquisition marketing initiatives within a major technology organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related area. + 10+ years experience in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company. Talent Acquisition IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
