Your role? To become the architect of our recruitment strategy by bringing marketing and technology together to attract top talent. You’ll act as a key bridge between our Talent Acquisition teams and our IT Centre of Excellence, turning real business needs into practical, impactful solutions. A day in the life of a Senior Recruitment Technology & Marketing Specialist
Your day might start with a coffee in our bright, open workspace as you review key recruitment indicators—analyzing data, KPIs, and campaign performance to uncover opportunities for improvement. You turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations that move our strategies forward.
Next, you connect with recruiters and team leaders to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs across multiple business units. You bring your sourcing expertise to hard-to-fill roles, sharing market insights and practical advice to attract scarce talent.
Later in the morning, you lead a training session for new recruiters, guiding them through our systems, tools, and standards in recruitment technology and marketing. You’re the go-to expert for SuccessFactors and Bullhorn, working closely with our IT Centre of Excellence to translate recruiter needs into concrete system enhancements.
After lunch, it’s time to get creative. You design and launch a social media recruitment campaign aimed at top talent, working with regional leaders to optimize budgets. You craft compelling messages, select visuals that reflect our culture, and monitor early results in real time.
Your afternoon continues with a monthly audit—reviewing processes, refining data quality, and strengthening KPIs to support informed decision-making. You also provide technical support on tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, Sense AI, and others, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Before wrapping up the day, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and advance a special project that truly motivates you. Every day is different, but they all have one thing in common: your work directly impacts how GardaWorld attracts talent.

Your profile:
Degree in HR, Marketing, or equivalent experience Expertise with ATS platforms (implementation, optimization, etc.), ideally SuccessFactors and/or Bullhorn, as well as in recruitment marketing 10+ years of experience, including a hands-on role in talent acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to support internal stakeholders across Canada. A genuine passion for data and technology trends Strong command of marketing channels, social media, and job boards High aptitude for learning and adopting new technologies A collaborative mindset and endless curiosity
