Daily challenges
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance across various countriesBuilding and maintaining effective working relationships with various local and remote Hiring ManagersConsulting hiring managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates for different regional talent poolsIdentifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labour market, competition and external talent across multiple marketsDeveloping effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top-quality candidatesProactively sourcing candidates across all channels possible (experience with LinkedIn, Workday)Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needsProviding regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projectseXperience and skills required
Successful track-record in end-to-end recruitment (as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - ideally 3-5 yearsAutonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver who makes things happenSelf-starter and taking initiative with great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executives, managers & employeesFluent English and Dutch language skillsAble to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapesExcellent presentation building and delivering skills, ability to present at the executive levelCompany benefits
