Recruit graduates, young professionals and experienced hires in the French- and German-speaking part of Switzerland
Collaborate with senior leadership and act as a recruiting advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on all recruiting matters within your area of responsibility.
Develop sourcing/recruiting strategies independently and implement them
Build comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training

Your Skill set
At least 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry in Switzerland. Proven expertise in active sourcing and deep knowledge of the Swiss and international recruitment market.
Fluent in French (mother tongue level), with excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and ATM (Workday, SAP Success Factors, etc.)
Confident in managing recruitment processes and applying corporate recruitment policies in a structured environment
Highly service-oriented, dedicated, and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working independently, collaborates effectively within a team and shows willingness and motivation to travel within Switzerland as needed.
Able to understand the unique needs of internal stakeholders and deliver strategic value beyond traditional recruiting.
