Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help them attract top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with deep recruiting expertise and a passion for matching great people with great opportunities. Responsibilities: * Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs * Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations * Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging social media, networking, and industry events * Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring strategies * Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Manage applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS * Train and mentor junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed * Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives * Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
