Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Quality Technicians in cell to meet product quality and customers’ delivery expectation.Coach and develop Quality Technicians’ skills, establish job expectations and manage work performance.Able to plan, perform and support operation with addressing the risks and opportunities.Support cells in inspection and gaging issues. It includes inspection plans, equipment and techniques.Perform Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) on product and process non-conformance.Maintain, implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.Perform Preliminary Material Review, analyze trend analysis and publish reports on non- conformance hardware.Participate in internal quality audit to maintain a robust and effective Quality Management System.Conduct certified operator / inspector training and managed Certified Operator audits.Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE. To drive existing and future improvement projects.Lead, educate and instruct shop personnel on Quality procedures and Standards compliance.

Requirements:

Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Aeronautical EngineeringAt least 3 years in supervisory/leadership role in a Precision Engineering environmentMust be able to work bi-monthly rotating shifts

Preferred Skills:

Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process controls.SAP / Advance Excel knowledge is advantageous.Excellent coaching skills, inspires by example, unwavering commitment to excellence.Strong decision-making skills and consensus building ability.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Good team player and process a “can do” attitude.
