Make It With Pride.** As a leader in RDQ, you are a senior technical resource and internal expert in areas of critical importance to an organization who regularly interacts with senior management. You apply your broad technical knowledge and technical specialty to identify, define and solve complex business problems. **How you will contribute** You will coordinate activities related to quality and food safety, provide support, advice and coaching to internal and external manufacturing plants as well as to Logistic Operations and Warehousing teams, to ensure that Mondelez's strict food safety standards, regulatory compliance and other quality-related aspects are clearly understood and not compromised. You will drive the 'Consumer Inspired Quality (CIQ)' agenda across the company. You will drive change management needs, if the data analysis of the Quality pillar requires it. In partnership with the relevant business functions, you support R&D in designing products, with critical-to-quality specifications. You will support the CQV (Commissioning-Qualification-Verification) process to ensure the delivery of quality products inspired by the consumer. You will manage customer and consumer complaints/requests in direct contact with customer teams and in collaboration with the Sales and CS&L (Customer Services, Logistics Operations) teams. Your region of responsibility is Benelux. **Education / Experience:** You have a bachelor or master degree in food- bio- or agro- science. You have 3-5 years experience within a quality organization where you led HACCP or Sanitation implementation/improvement. **Travel requirements:** Your main work location will be the Benelux central office located in Mechelen, Belgium.
