We’re looking for a Senior Quality Specialist in Tarsus Bonded Warehouse Area

The role reports to Senior Quality Manager.

The role will be responsible of;

Control of the final product with Mey Diageo Quality Standards.

Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

 

Role Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are;

Develop, implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, FSSC programs and other regulatory standards.

Perform Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment at all stages and keep them up to date. Coordinates and performs periodical internal audits in the production area and ensure HACCP and GMP are applied.

 Lead the Food Safety team and analyze the findings and ensure necessary actions are taken to prevent re-occurrence.

 Have knowledge about the relevant legal regulations and standards and follow up of legislative requirements

 Continuous improvement by maintaining improvement studies in quality and food safety projects.

 Monitor daily quality activities and daily non-conformances. Initiate, review and update quality reports. Run pest control programme

Perform the trainings related with quality standards

Track and lead consumer complaints & related actions for performance increase. Leads for teams and departments to take preventive and corrective actions for quality non-conformances.

Promote and drive food safety culture.

 Follow up and prepare KPIs reports. Lead to the ongoing Quality Projects.

Experience / skills required

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Food Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sector

 Acknowledge of Production/ Plants dynamics in FMCG sector

 Good command of English

Excellent skills in MS Office applications

 Result oriented,

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Creative and effective presentation skills

 High resilience, agility and collaboration.
