Senior Quality Manager (f/m/d) for E2E Process Management

Then come and join our global team as Senior Quality Manager (f/m/d) for E2E Process Management to coordinate the transformation and further development of our IT end-to-end process landscape and its quality as part of the Quality & Process Management team.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As the responsible Quality Manager for Process Management, you will be responsible for the technical End2End coordination of the IT process house and the associated process management.You will transform, develop and maintain the IT process house and ensure quality and compliance to meet the applicable ISO standards requirements in collaboration with the IT Processes team and the various IT units.You will ensure, in collaboration with the respective process architects, that all processes are consistently defined according to the Process Management Framework, regulatory requirements and quality management requirements.You plan and implement process improvements, quality initiatives and process harmonization across the IT organization.You will design concepts for reporting and KPIs to measure our process house maturity, effectiveness and efficiency, implement them and execute them in coordination with the responsible team.You act as a consultant for process owners and support them in implementing the IT process management framework.You will ensure that the quality and process management network is clearly established and that the exchange of knowledge within the network is promoted.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable subject.You have many years of intensive professional experience in business process management (BPM) or IT process management and in the implementation of quality management systems.In addition, you have already gained several years of professional management experience.You have in-depth knowledge of relevant quality management standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO20000) and regulations. Knowledge of ISO13485 is an advantage.You have a very good understanding and experience in process design and process modeling.You have profound practical experience in LEAN & agile methods.


Your attributes and skills:

To be able to operate successfully in an international environment, you are fluent in written and spoken English, very good knowledge of German is an advantage.You are a strategically oriented change agent who successfully drives change even in complex environments and always demonstrates a high level of customer orientation.Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and initiative are among your personal strengths.You enjoy working in an international environment and have a profound intercultural understanding.You are open to occasional business trips
