As a Senior Quality Manager, You will be responsible for regional quality and leading initiatives. Also responsible to improve product compliance, customer experience, risk, continuous improvement, and cost of quality. You should demonstrate a passion for collaboration and expanding a culture of open reporting of quality issues.
 

As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Managing compliance to wing-to-wing quality standards, governance and drives project/process improvements to ensure a culture of Zero Defects, Right First Time and customer quality for Cordant Software and OTR.Developing and driving agreed Vision and Improvement Strategy.Managing customer quality relationship and priority issues.Analyzing and driving customer satisfaction.Ensuring timely robust management of Cost of Quality, Customer and Internal non-conformance, risk, audit and Preventive approaches.Having ability to communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.Being frequent use of coaching and development of peers and subordinates. Expected to develop new proactive approaches.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have proven years of experience in software development, quality, and working with customers.Have strong oral and written communication skills. Team player, strong interpersonal, cultural change and leadership skills.Have ability to coach and mentor at all levels.Have certified, or in process of certification, Lean Six Sigma (GB / BB / MBB).Have demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
