You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering world class Card member experiences across multiple channels, including web service integration, java services, APIs. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Owns all technical aspects of software testing for assigned applications; Performs hands-on architecture, design, and development of test automation systems.Communicating to stakeholders and business partners on test strategy and test planning aspects at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situationAbility to work closely with engineers for test planning and execution.Functions as a member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices Develops deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domainsWorks closely with product owners on large scale test planning of feature sets Typically spends 50-70% of time on testing related activities and remainder of time managing stakeholders through ongoing product/platform release testingIdentifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
Qualifications
Software testing & automation experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience.
Strong Test Automation experience across Distributed platforms. Experience with mainframe integration is preferred. Advanced Python programming skills with emphasis on OOPs, error handling, and modular designProven experience automating REST APIs and SOAP servicesExperience with Python test frameworks such as: pytest or Robot frameworkHands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright/Selenium with Python)Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitHub Actions)Strong knowledge of test design techniques (functional, regression, API, integration testing).Knowledge of version control systems - Git/Github.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Experience with logging, reporting and monitoring tools (eg: Allure Reports, Extent reports etc)Experience with Flask/Django/PyQT/Tkinter frameworkKnowledge/Experience of Accounts Receivables domain is preferred.Experience with Gen AI tools or Gen AI led testing is highly preferred.Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods.Current knowledge of payments industry desirable.Communicates effectively with Technical, Operational, and Business stakeholders.Must be willing and able to express new ideas, concerns and opinions directly to wider team in team meetings via teleconference.Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.Must be proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results driven.Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
