Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries. **What you’ll do:** The **Senior Quality Engineer** will be responsible for supplier quality control activities and will be responsible of 2 foremans and 5 operators • Managing Incoming Quality Goods Control activities • Supplier related customer and/or process issues follow up and evaluation to find root causes and implement proper corrective action at suppliers • Supplier performance tracking, reporting and continious improvement activities • Supplier Quality Performance evaluations • Supplier Audits • Supplier Quality Portal and standard methods implementation aligned with Eaton standards • Managing APQP,PPAP, MSA, SPC processes aligned with ISO9001 and Eaton Quality Management System **Qualifications:** + BS or MS degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent programs + At least 3 years' experience in similar positions **Skills:** + Technical knowledge of Supplier management and ISO9001 + Strong organisational, communication and time management skills + Planning and organisation, problem solving, communication, ability of persuasion, attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work as part of a team, management skills, production management + Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organisation + Advanced level knowledge of office programs + Advanced English level **What we offer:** We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
