Manufacturing Technology Center Quality Team

Bell is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations at our MTC facility located in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this position you will participate in the development, execution, and oversite of products and processes used in the manufacturing environment to ensure robust and cost-effective designs.


What you will be doing as a Senior Quality Engineer:Quality Program Planning and ManagementDevelop, calculate, and report out on a variety of Quality metricsIndependently conduct process auditsLeading Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement Process effortsUtilizing Quality Management Systems, Records, DataCollaborate with and support military and commercial customersValidate Manufacturing Corrective ActionsResearch, development and testing new inspection technologiesFacilitating and maintaining project management records for the incorporation of technologiesConduct comprehensive engineering analysis using Descriptive Statistics, including the interpretation and application of Probability Distributions and Discrete distributions to support data-driven decision-making in engineering projects.Review and assess Quality Drawings and 3D models for accuracy, design specifications, and compliance with standards, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.

Able to lead from reactive to predictive to prescriptive analyticsDigital SPC systems and strategiesMobile tech integration – IPAD, ARControlling Data Streams – Data LakesQuality Audit experience is preferredMilitary experience is a plusMachine parts and gear manufacturing experience preferred
