Role Overview Serve as the focal point for QA/QC matters, supporting project management with adequate resources. Ensure compliance and alignment of quality programs, policies, processes, and procedures within allocated projects. Conduct quality risk assessments, documentation reviews, and manage inspection activities including QC budget tracking. Support risk-based audit processes and execute both internal and external audits. Manage non-conformities, facilitate root-cause analysis investigations, and monitor corrective actions. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Operations to enhance supplier quality aspects. Capitalize on Lessons Learned to support projects and mitigate risks while promoting safety and integrity. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of Continuous Improvement within the Business Management System. Advise project personnel on the application of the Business Management System. Coordinate, prepare, and deliver Project Quality Plans and support the tendering process as needed. Drive quality awareness through workshops, training sessions, and discussions. Contribute to resource development and mentoring to meet business needs. Promote commitments to Safety and Quality as key factors in project success. Skills & Qualifications Experience in subsea, offshore, or related industries. Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management including inspection coordination and NCR management. Understanding of subsea products and offshore operations. Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 30% of the time. Competency in auditing, ideally with certified lead auditor qualifications. Experience in fast-paced international projects. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management preferred. Relevant certifications in Quality Management or Engineering are advantageous.
