Key Responsibilities

 

Supervise suppliers to ensure correct technical execution of orders

Verify deliveries against technical specifications and company standards during supplier visits

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports

Perform inspections using:

Measuring instruments

Templates and gauges

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Contactless measurement systems

Conduct dimensional checks, visual inspections, and surface/coating inspections

Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within certification scope

Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve technical issues

Review and validate quality documentation related to orders

Monitor and manage inspection and measurement equipment

Report technical non-conformities to management

Support suppliers in identifying and resolving quality issues

Update order execution status and related data in internal systems

 

 

Requirements

 

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within manufacturing or production environments

Experience in production inspection and supplier quality control

Strong knowledge of inspection techniques: dimensional, visual, NDT, coatings

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Understanding of technical standards and compliance requirements

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office

NDT certifications

Advanced English (written and spoken)

Driving license (Category B)

Willingness to travel 50%–80% of the time

FROSIO certification (coating inspection) is a plus
