Labcorp is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Durham, NC.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the planning, design and execution of system and integration testing in simple and complex implementations.Work collaboratively with the IT department to execute and validate test cases based upon system and application requirements.Focus on test automation and require development skillsets and extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing and overseeing automated solutions for services/API.Develop and maintain test data repositories using test data tools or back-end databases such as HANA, IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks and other database platforms.Minimum Qualifications:
7 years of hands-on experience with Functional testing, Automation Methodologies or application programming in Java, Python.7 Years Data validation experience in the areaa of data engineering & data warehouse environments.Preferred Qualifications
1 year Previous or Current labcorp experience5 years Experience in data warehouse environment5 years Experience using SOAP UI and/or Postman for REST API1 year Healthcare data (HL7, FHIR ) experience1 year Experience using automation tools to support testing of Services/APIs (RIT, Postman1 year Experience with performance test tools such as Load Runner, LoadUI NG, Visual Studio.1 year Experience with Continuous Integration using Bamboo & Urban Code Deploy or similar tools and Bit Bucket for version control.Additional Job Standards
Design, develop and execute manual functional tests and convert those into automatedtests.Ability to apply automation testing across middleware components such as IBM Message Queues, IIB service layers, etc.Back end validation of systems on Fabric, HANA, IBM DB2 (including mainframe), Oracle, SQL Server and other platforms.Solid understanding of SQL, stored procedures and ad-hoc query development.
