Job Description A client in Nashville, TN is seeking two Senior Python Developers for a hybrid role requiring onsite presence four days a week. This team operates with a startup mindset inside a larger organization, owning their infrastructure and deploying their own applications. The tech stack is 80% Python, with additional work in JavaScript and React. This group builds applications that replicate internal systems, enabling them to be extended with new features and functionalities. Candidates should have experience building RESTful APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and web applications using Python, Flask and FastAPI. They have 10 applications in Flask, and 5 in FastAPI. The team works in 2-week sprints, supports 15+ production applications, and deploys to production up to 20 times per day using blue/green deployment strategies. This role involves both building new applications and supporting existing systems, with opportunities to contribute to AI/ML integrations, including LLMs, within next-gen finance and analytics platforms. Ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment and capable of mentoring mid-level engineers while demonstrating leadership potential.
