Key Responsibilities: * Senior Python Developer will lead and execute development efforts for Python-based applications and services * Design and implement solutions using distributed asynchronous systems to avoid data conflicts in immutable environments orchestrated across multiple machines * Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment * Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business goals * As a Senior Python Developer, you will optimize software performance and reliability, focusing on scalability and cloud-native solutions * Work with a modern tech stack including Kubernetes (via Docker), Kafka, Azure, and GitHub * Contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in the overall system design
