How You’ll Contribute:
As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be at the center of Diversified’s most strategic pursuits—leading compelling, client-first proposals for Performing Arts Centers and Faith-based venues across the U.S. You will orchestrate complex RFP responses, translate technical AV/IT integration solutions into polished deliverables, and position Diversified as the partner of choice in competitive markets.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Proposal Orchestration – Drive the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from intake to submission, ensuring on-time, compliant, and compelling responses. Translate Complex Solutions – Take inputs from Pre-Sales Engineers, Architects, and Operations to craft clear, persuasive narratives around AV/IT integration, construction requirements, and managed services. Create Winning RFP Deliverables – Develop executive summaries, project histories, and tailored messaging that highlight Diversified’s strengths in Performing Arts Centers and Faith venues. Leverage Proposal Tools – Use Responsive (or comparable platforms) to streamline collaboration, organize content, and build efficiency in proposal responses. Ensure Risk & Compliance Alignment – Review bid requirements (licenses, bonding, insurance, submittals) and coordinate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to protect margin and reduce risk. Strengthen Market Competitiveness – Monitor RFP trends in the Faith & Performance space, capturing reusable content and helping the team adapt strategies to win market share.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in proposal management, pursuit strategy, or complex project coordination (ProAV, construction, or technology integration preferred). Strong writing and storytelling ability—you can turn technical details into compelling client-focused narratives. Organizational and project management skills—you thrive at juggling multiple deadlines and aligning cross-functional teams. Familiarity with construction processes, specifications, and AV/IT system requirements in performance or large venue environments. Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive responses. Proficiency with collaboration tools and CRMs (experience with Responsive a plus, but not required).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Direct experience developing proposals in the Performing Arts Center or Faith venue market. Established relationships with consultants, general contractors, and influencers in the ProAV or venue construction ecosystem. Proven ability to differentiate solutions in competitive bid environments where margin protection is critical. Strong understanding of AV/IT systems integration, digital workflows, and managed services. Experience optimizing content libraries and proposal systems to drive efficiency. Knowledge of industry competitors in the Faith and Performance space and how to position against them.
